Crisafulli to Chair House Agriculture & Natural Resources Policy Subcommittee

This week, Speaker Cannon appointed Rep. Crisafulli to chair the House Agriculture & Natural Resources Policy Subcommittee for the 2011 Legislative Session. “I am honored and excited to chair this important committee,” Rep. Crisafulli remarked.

“Agriculture ranked as our state’s #1 industry in 2009, and we must promote good policies to allow this vital industry to continue to flourish in Florida,” Rep. Crisafulli said.

Rep. Crisafulli will also serve as the Vice Chair of the House Agriculture & Natural Resources Appropriations Subcommittee, which handles the budget of numerous state agencies, including the Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services, the Department of Environmental Protection, and the Florida Fish & Wildlife Commission.
